I absolutely LOVE this pioslh! I bought this for my daughter (who is a huge Bieber fan) and ended up using it myself. I personally (am a nail pioslh junkie here) do my nails all the time so I a) know that any type of shaped holograms are going to be in a extremely sheer/clear pioslh base and b) that you have to dig out the shapes a little or else you would just have globs of shapes it makes it easier for placement on your actual nail. It is extremely eye-catching when the hearts hit the light, and different colors pop out at different angles. I think it is an awesome sparkly, girly-girl accent for any age who want something to spice up their mani. It may take an extra minute or two, but it seriously worth it with the end result! It looks awesome over any shade of nail pioslh to give it an extra pop. Great job OPI:)
