The company does offer free refills for life, just pay the shipping, which of course, means they change enough shipping that it’s really not free. The company selling on amazon did not stock the product and had to order from another company making delivery date about 2 weeks or more. You are able to brush this paint on as well as draw. I would use another product to brush with and just use these as nail pens.
